About Our Office
About Our Office Hours
We have daily office hours that include early morning, late afternoon, and lunchtime appointments. The office is closed weekends and all major holidays. When we are not in the office, our voice mail system will take your message and we will return your call as soon as possible. There are also times that the office will be closed so that we may attend continuing education programs in order to provide you with the newest and most efficient technology in dental care. During these times, emergency treatment will be available.
Appointments
All Services are performed by appointment only and are made for your individual needs. In order to make your time special, please call in advance so that we may schedule a time convenient for you. We will attempt to contact you by phone 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to answer any questions that you may have regarding your appointment. If you cannot keep an appointment, or need to reschedule an appointment, we ask that you kindly give 24-48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for another patient to utilize that appointment time.
Insurance and Billing
Many of our patients have dental insurance or are receiving dental insurance benefits for the first time. It is important to remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. As a courtesy , our office will bill your insurance for any procedures incurred. Through our previous experience with the various dental policies, we are able to estimate what your plan will pay. Your co-payment will be due at the time of your visit. Once a response is received from your insurance company, you will receive a statement for any amount not paid, including deductibles and non-covered services. We know questions can arise on insurance matters, and we encourage you to discuss any questions with our office staff.
